Good customer service, good COVID protocol, process was smooth ,from assistant to dr . The wait wasn't to long, perhaps 15 minutes, in total probably took an hour and a half. update: 1 year later, it was just as pleasant as my last visit !

My visit was wonderful - I was first met by Sean who proceeded to take the preliminary tests and was so friendly, courteous and efficient. He answered each one of my questions very clearly. Dr. Rosenbaum is just a great doctor - he is friendly and his expertise really makes me confident in my eye health since i have an underlying condition - Great staff.
