This review is for my first time experience at the Monterey Bay Center. Everyone there was nice snd professional. Very pleasant office environment. Dr. Shi is a master at her profession and her examination and surgery procedure was most pleasant. My actual cataract surgery was smooth and efficient. I felt like I was there for a few minutes and the procedure was completed. Dr. Shi’s assistants were very good and made me feel at ease and comfortable. Her office made follow up calls to me on day of my surgery and again on the following day. I recommend Dr. Shi and the Monterey Bay Center for a professional and great experience with eye care.
