I had an excellent experience and highly recommend Dr. Nakajima and this office! The entire process was explained in detail, and she made sure I understood how contact lenses work and what to expect. Dr. Nakajima examined my eyes thoroughly to ensure I was a good candidate for contact lenses, which made me feel confident in her care. She was very attentive and took the time to answer all my questions. I truly appreciated her professionalism, patience, and attention to detail. Outstanding service from start to finish!

I didn’t have a great experience with the first doctor I had here, but I decided to give them another chance and had Dr. Nakajima and she was absolutely wonderful. The wait was a bit longer than expected but after I met her I could see why- she was so patient and thorough and took the time to talk through all my options. It’s the first time in my life I was ever thoroughly educated on my vision and learned so much. Also, the employee at the front desk was so sweet. I marked “no” on one of the testing options because I couldn’t remember if my insurance covered it, and later on she told me she checked herself and it was covered so she changed it to “yes” so I didn’t have to get my eyes dilated. Thank you!!
