Have been a patient for many years. Overall I am very satisfied with the care I have received. They are very busy so I recommend bringing a book to read while you wait.
Have been a patient for several years; very satisfied with the people and the service.
Excellent staff.
very professional but need to see them with a problem with the old glasses not staying in focus
I have been a patient of Dr. Rosenblum, for many years now, and I’ve always been very satisfied with my experience. He performed cataract surgery on both of my eyes, several years back, and I have had terrific results. The staff and environment is very professional and inviting. I highly recommend Monterey Bay Eye Center for all of your eyecare needs.
The staff are fantastic. Dr. Nakajima is thorough, providing me with advice for the care of my eyes. So grateful. Lisa is fabulous at picking new glass frames for me when I need new ones; I appreciate her help and recommendations.
The doctor seemed interested in my problem, and set a path to solve it. I felt it was a good visit.
Appreciated the attentiveness and professionalism of the doctor, nurses, and staff. Makes all the difference in the world when going into what could be an unsettling situation. Thanks for all you do and who you are.
I am confused. I was given the option of a Rx of 3 eye drops to be administered at the time of the surgery, either in a single eye drop Rx that would cost approximately $125 or in a Rx of 3 separate eye drop bottles that would cos substantially less. I chose the second option of the Rx of 3 separate bottles. When I went to the pharmacy yesterday to pick up the prescription, the cost was going to be over $100. As well, when I checked in with the discount card price for the 3 bottles, the cost was going to be over $100 as well. There doesn’t appear to be any substantial savings amongst the different options. Can someone please clearly explain this to me again. Thank you, Bruce Doneux
