Front staff was pleasant, and the doctor (Dr. Nakajima) was fantastic! She took her time and answered questions, and as a parent of a teen with some eye issues that may require surgery it was very much appreciated! We finally, after 5 years, left a nearby practice whose staff was difficult to work with and who were consistently rude to our family, so this was such a breath of fresh air! I am so happy we made the move! We will be moving our entire family to the Monterey Bay Eye Center now!
