It all went well.

Dr. Shi has been keeping a close watch on my glaucoma. She was particularly attentive to my needs today as my pressure numbers were higher than she wanted them to be. She prescribed a switch in drops to bring the numbers down. She proceeded to explain some of the ways that I could deal with some possible side effects that I may encounter. So far, it’s working out.

Patrick was great. He genuinely showed care and compassion. My appointment was at 3:00 and he met me right on time. I appreciate that. As a customer, I expect top notch hospitality service all across the board. I know this because I have been in the service industry since I was 18. Kudos to Patrick… and also the staff nurses who assisted me in my cataract operation. I sent this months ago. I will include for this operation: Everyone was friendly and accommodating. If not, my apologies. Regardless, I would like to make a few remarks about Dr. Shi. I have undergone two cataract surgeries with Dr. Shi. This process has taken several months from start to finish. Dr. Shi was always on time for her consultations and for the making of adjustments… whatever it took, and for as long as it took, to get my light sensitive lenses just right. She was professional in every way. I could not have asked made a better choice for having my eyes taken care of. I cannot believe the transformation I am experiencing now that the first lock-in has taken place. It may seem costly to have the light sensitive lenses chosen for the replacement of a cataract surgery, however, I am so glad I chose them. Over the past several months, Dr. Shi has become more like a family to me. I look forward to my visits and being in her company. Once I leave and am gone from her presence, I will definitely have fond memories of the experience with her and I will truly miss her. Very friendly and competent staff

Dr Rosenblum has been my eye doctor since 1998 or there about. Whose is counting lol! He is the best eye doctor around. Cataracts and detached retinas and I can everything with eyes, read. Thank you Dr Rosenblum
